Our Terms

Prices:
All prices are purchase prices excluding VAT.

Delivery terms:
The goods are delivered with PostNord.
Orders over 10. 000 SEK including VAT per requested delivery time are delivered free of charge within Skåne. Call us for more info.

Backorders:
Sometimes it happens that our suppliers cannot deliver on time. In this case, certain goods are backordered and delivered free of charge as soon as the goods are back in stock. If you have chosen to split the delivery yourself, freight will be charged according to the delivery terms above.

Minimum order:
No minimum order.

Payment terms:
30 days after approved credit check. The invoice is included with the delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Responsibility for additional costs:
We normally sell our invoices to invoicing companies. If you do not pay the invoicing company on time, we may be liable to the invoicing company.
In such a case, you are obliged to compensate us for all increased costs due to your failure to pay on time, and we will include these costs in our invoice to you.

Transport damage:
All transport damage is reported directly to the carrier and is compensated by the transport company. A written note is left on the waybill and you and the driver must sign and keep a copy each. Compensation is paid by the transport company.

Complaints:
Complaints (not transport damage) must be reported to us no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods. Return of goods may only be made after verbal agreement with us. The return shipping label will be obtained from us.

Reservation:
We reserve the right to final sale.

Validity period:
These terms and conditions are valid from 2016 08 01 until further notice.
